All options on table to protect Nile rights, Egyptian Water Minister warns over GERD

Egypt's Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Hani Sewilam, emphasized that Egypt maintains all measures allowed under international law to protect its water security amid concerns over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD). While advocating peace and adherence to international law, Egypt reserves the right to act decisively to safeguard its Nile water rights.
