Kolkata-based Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) launched the indigenous ocean research vessel 'Sagar Manthan', funded at ₹840 crore. The vessel is expected to be operational by early 2028, enhancing India's maritime research capabilities.
