80 suspected Ebola deaths: WHO declares emergency over Congo, Uganda outbreak
The WHO has declared an emergency in response to suspected Ebola deaths in the Congo and Uganda. Although the outbreak does not qualify as a pandemic emergency, neighboring countries are advised to prepare as they are at high risk.
