Chinese drug iza-bren doubles lung cancer survival window in phase 3 trial
Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical's experimental cancer drug iza-bren showed a significant advantage over platinum-based chemotherapy in a phase 3 trial involving 432 patients with advanced lung cancer. The randomized, double-blind study was conducted at 73 hospitals in China, and the findings were presented at the ESMO Congress in Madrid.
