Arizona State report shows training plan not submitted before hockey player's collapse

Arizona State University reported that hockey coaches did not submit the training plan before a player collapsed during an outdoor workout. The player, Matthew Mayich, suffered exertional heat stroke reducing oxygen supply to his brain and remains hospitalized in critical condition.
