Quality concerns prompt further tests on concrete used in 3 public housing blocks
Concerns over the quality of concrete used in three public housing blocks in Tung Chung have prompted the Hong Kong Housing Authority to order additional tests. The main contractor, Able Engineering, is also currently under scrutiny for defective lift installation at a separate hospital expansion project.
