Italy’s Neri Group and Nova Marine Carriers have acquired a majority stake in the TCO Terminal Calata Orlando at the Port of Leghorn through NR Investimenti. This takeover consolidates control over a key multipurpose maritime terminal, with the Alberti family retaining a minority stake.
