Rwandan genocide suspect Kabuga dies in custody in The Hague at age 91

Felicien Kabuga, a Rwandan genocide suspect, died while in custody in The Hague at the age of 91. Kabuga was charged with financing the 1994 genocide and faced trial until being declared unfit to stand prior to his passing.
