茨城 東海第二原発 海抜8メートル未満の場所での作業を中止

In response to a tsunami advisory, Japanese nuclear power operator Japan Atomic Power suspended work below 8 meters above sea level at the Tokai Daini nuclear power plant in Tokai Village, Ibaraki Prefecture. Workers were relocated to higher ground as a precaution.
