Lebanon returns 37 stolen Pharaonic treasures to Egypt
Lebanon has returned 37 stolen Pharaonic artifacts to Egypt in a ceremony at the National Museum of Beirut. The handover, six years after the illicit shipment was intercepted at the Port of Beirut, was officiated by Lebanese Minister of Culture Ghassan Salamé and Egypt's ambassador Alaa Moussa.
