Panama City's century-old grammar school is being turned into homes

A historic grammar school in Panama City is being redeveloped into apartments and townhomes after local officials cleared financial hurdles and provided a grant. The developer Zachary Seymour will carry out structural repairs with a mandate to preserve the building's heritage, especially following damage from Hurricane Michael.
